The Eagle and the Condor is a program working to build cultural bridges between indigenous communities in North and South America through the exchange of education, the arts and sacred ceremony! By working with tribal leaders and community members, representatives from the Americas can gather together to share their traditional wisdom, medicine and culture.
The key to these cultural bridges is the mobility from each direction. Tribal members from the north will travel south just as members of the Andean community will go north. The bridge then, is reciprocal. Indigenous peoples call it the union between the Eagle (North) and the Condor (South).
