There is no charge for the first three revisions to customize an itinerary. Additional itinerary versions will incur a non-refundable $500 administrative charge, however, we will apply 100% of this charge to your total trip cost upon booking with us.

We accept payments by check or by credit card through PayPal.

Once you have your departure dates planned and have picked out your itinerary, we will walk you through the easy booking process. We require a payment of 25% of your total trip cost at time of booking. The remaining cost of your trip is broken down into monthly payments, to be completed 60 days prior to departure. Full payment is due for all trips booked within 60 days of the scheduled departure date.

We are currently offering trips in Costa Rica and Panama, with new locations coming soon. If there is another location in Latin America that you would like to visit, contact us for possible itinerary options. We are always researching new opportunities and locations and just might be able to provide you with a fresh new itinerary created just for you. In some cases, we may offer a discount to operate a trip for you in an unpublished location. Just ask!

Not a problem! The itineraries that we publish on our website are suggestions according to what our clients and staff have enjoyed. The cost of a trip reflects the level of accommodations chosen and items included in the trip. Contact us and we can work with you to modify an itinerary so that it more appropriately meets your needs and expectations.

At Earth Visions Travel, we work overtime to ensure that you and your group are safe while traveling, however, it is still recommended to make sure you are covered while traveling abroad. Check with your current health insurance provider as some policies include international medical coverage. For those that don't, there are many companies out there that offer insurance to cover medical expenses as well as trip cancellation or trip interruption.

Earth Visions Travel does not offer trip cancellation insurance. We recommend that you purchase insurance through a third party provider in the event of a last minute cancellation.

Earth Visions Travel reserves the right to cancel, alter, reschedule or amend any or all programs offered at any time. If Earth Visions Travel cancels a trip prior to its commencement, Earth Visions Travel will refund all payments made by the applicant. Once your application has been accepted, cancellation by you results in a penalty. If you cancel your trip more than 90 days prior to the start of your trip, you forfeit your 25% down payment. Cancellation by you between 60 and 90 days prior to the start of your trip will result in a penalty of fifty percent (50%) of the total trip cost. Cancellation by you less than 60 days prior to the start of your trip will result in the loss of the total trip cost.

There is cell phone coverage in all of the countries where Earth Visions travels, however, not in all locations. Most areas have coverage for smartphones and there are plenty of hotels and businesses with WIFI to meet most travelers’ needs. If this is essential for you, let us know and we can suggest locations where you may travel without going off the grid.

In addition, each of our drivers and guides carry local cell phones on them at all times and may be used for emergency purposes. For our custom private tours, we provide a local cell phone to our clients to have on hand during travel.

 

Before traveling to a country, visit the country's website for detailed information as to whether a visa is required for your nationality. You may also inquire directly with us and we can help you determine the appropriate requirements.

The items listed in each trip itinerary are what we include in the overall trip cost. Generally, we include all transportation and activities listed, bilingual guides, fees associated with specific activities (i.e. park entrance fees, etc.), and taxes. Any itinerary that lists the accommodations as "All Inclusive" will include food for all meals.

Our travel itineraries do not include international airfare, however, we are happy to provide that service at your request.
